Introduction

ReliPlay Technologies (“ReliPlay”, “we”, “us”) operates the ReliPlay platform (website and mobile apps) that helps soccer communities discover games, manage attendance, and stay reliable. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use our services.

Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile photo, and preferences you provide.
  • Activity data: games you join or host, attendance, reliability signals related to platform usage, messages sent through in-app support channels, and interactions with notifications.
  • Device & technical data: device type, operating system, app version, push notification tokens, coarse diagnostics, and limited log data needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Payment-related data (organizers): when you use payouts or paid flows, our payment processor (for example Stripe) may collect billing and identity information subject to their privacy notice.

How we use information

  • Create and maintain your account, authenticate users, and prevent fraud.
  • Show relevant games, communities, and organizer tools you request.
  • Operate reliability features that reduce no-shows and support fair play.
  • Send service emails or push notifications (you can adjust notification settings where available).
  • Provide customer support and respond to legal or safety requests.
  • Improve performance, security, and product analytics in aggregate form where possible.

Legal bases & Canadian residency

ReliPlay is built with Canadian data residency requirements in mind for core platform infrastructure where applicable. We process personal information as reasonably necessary to provide the services you request, comply with law, protect users, and pursue legitimate interests such as security and product improvement—balanced against your rights.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run ReliPlay—for example cloud hosting, authentication, database, messaging, maps, analytics, email delivery, and payments. These providers process information only under contractual safeguards and for the purposes we authorize.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data according to our deletion workflows, except where limited retention is legally required (for example certain financial records).

Your choices

  • Access or update profile information through the app or website where available.
  • Request account deletion through in-product flows or by contacting support.
  • Opt out of marketing communications when we send them (service messages may still be sent).

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and device security.

Children

ReliPlay is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in your region. If you believe we collected information from a child improperly, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International transfers

Where vendors process data outside Canada, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law and contractual protections.
